Policy

Thank you for deciding to book with The Lace Hub. We can’t wait to meet you. Before booking please have a thorough read through the policies below so that you are all set.
  • You must attend your appointment alone due to limited space. If you require someone with you, please inform us before booking so arrangements can be made.
  • Appointment slots are released on the 20th of every month.
  • Any appointments outside the booking site are considered out of hours and require a £10 additional fee. These can be requested via Instagram DM or email.
  • A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot. This goes towards your final balance.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash only on the day of your appointment. Please bring the correct amount.
  • Please drop off your hair/wig at least 3 days before your appointment. If posting, please contact us first for details. We are not liable for lost items in transit.
  • Please arrive with your hair/wig clean, detangled, and free of excess product, as this may affect application. Extra fees may apply for unprepared hair.
  • Lateness: Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
  • Cancellations/Reschedules: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance or your booking fee will be forfeited.
  • No-shows will lose their booking fee and may be restricted from making future

 

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. 
  • We understand that there are factors out of our hand sometimes that cause delay. That is why we have implemented a 10 minute grace period. After that you will unfortunately be charged a late fee of £5 and after 20 minutes it will be an additional £10 fee. After 30 minutes we May have to cancel your booking.
  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours notice must be given as we offer one free reschedule per appointment – any more will require a new deposit.
  • At least 48 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel your appointment and reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will not be able to reschedule with the same deposit and you will have to book with a new deposit
  • No shows will be charged 50% of their total balance booked.
